Who You Are The Payroll & HR Administrator is responsible for all stages of the payroll process, assists with benefit management and implementation of policies and procedures in accordance with Federal, State, and Local laws. This position will also assist in the following areas: onboarding, leave of absence, worker's compensation, training and development, safety, performance management, and employment law compliance.
