About The Position

Courtesy Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Payroll Director to lead payroll operations. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with federal and state regulations, and oversight of payroll systems and staff. The essential functions of this position include analyzing complex payroll data and financial reports, managing payroll systems and large-scale employee data, sitting and working at a computer for extended periods, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive employee information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field
  • 5+ years of payroll experience
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and tax compliance
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Oversee payroll operations and ensure timely processing of payroll
