The Total Rewards Team in the Americas manages Compensation, Benefits, Payroll and People Data. The Payroll Coordinator ensures the accurate and timely payment of employees; coordinating all activities associated with processing multi-state payroll on a weekly basis. The Payroll Coordinator must understand the importance of accuracy and attention to detail to be successful in this role. They will be customer focused and be willing to partner with employees to resolve issues. The ability to maintain clear documentation and drive continuous improvement is key.
