Join The Pasha Group as a Temporary Payroll Coordinator , where you’ll support full-cycle payroll processing across multiple employer entities, states, and union and non-union populations. In this temporary role, you’ll provide critical support to ensure payroll operations remain timely, compliant, and audit-ready while delivering responsive service to employees and managers. Execute, Validate & Support End-to-End Payroll Processing Provide hands-on payroll support with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and service continuity. Full-Cycle Payroll Processing: Perform data entry, validation, reconciliation, auditing, and distribution for assigned payrolls using integrated HRIS/payroll systems. Time & Attendance Processing: Enter, validate, and process employee time records, ensuring alignment with company policies, collective bargaining agreements, and applicable wage and tax laws. Compliance & Controls: Validate payroll results against payroll tax laws, CBAs, and corporate policies; ensure audit-ready documentation and controls. Auditing & Accuracy: Conduct regular audits of wages, taxes, benefit limits, and accruals to confirm results align with expected outcomes. Reporting & Reconciliation: Prepare and reconcile payroll, tax, and timekeeping reports; support data requests and management reporting. Garnishments & Remittances: Coordinate wage garnishments and process invoices and remittances for benefit trusts, retirement plans, and union dues, as assigned. Support Employees, Managers & Payroll Operations Serve as a reliable payroll resource during this temporary assignment. Employee & Manager Support: Respond to payroll-related inquiries, support timesheet submission, and assist with access to pay statements and payroll self-service tools. Training & Guidance: Provide clear written and verbal instructions on payroll systems, time entry, and self-service features. Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process and control improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy during the assignment. Documentation & Quality: Create, update, and maintain work instructions in accordance with quality system requirements. Special Projects: Assist with audits, reconciliations, and payroll-related projects as needed. What You Bring You bring hands-on payroll experience and the ability to step in and contribute quickly. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or related coursework preferred 2+ years of recent payroll processing experience Experience with multi-state and union payrolls preferred Familiarity with payroll audits and analytics preferred Experience with UKG/UltiPro, ADP Workforce Now, and/or Kronos Workforce Ready strongly preferred CPP or equivalent payroll certification preferred Intermediate proficiency in Excel; intermediate Word and Outlook skills Your Strengths You’re reliable, analytical, and trusted with sensitive information. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or related coursework preferred
  • 2+ years of recent payroll processing experience
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
