About The Position

Seneca Foods in Cumberland, WI is currently seeking a Payroll Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for the accurate preparation of the plant's hourly payroll and maintaining employee records in a confidential and professional manner.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP and Kronos.
• Must have good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently.
• Willingness and ability to work and function in a team environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
• High school diploma and/or degree in Accounting/Payroll.
• Required to lift 50 pounds.
• Valid Driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the accurate preparation of the plant’s hourly payroll.
• Maintain timekeeping on a Kronos based system.
• Process payroll using SAP based system.
• Maintain personnel and attendance records.
• Maintain employee records in a confidential and professional manner.
• Must cover other administrative duties as needed.
• Create PO’s.
• Back up for HR.
