We’re seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Coordinator to manage end-to-end payroll processing and support employee benefits administration for a professional services environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience. Requirements

  • 3+ years of payroll processing experience
  • Hands-on experience with benefits administration
  • Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems
  • Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, deductions, and reconciliations
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in law firm, healthcare, or professional services environments
  • Exposure to multi-state payroll processing
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills

Responsibilities

  • Process bi-weekly payroll from start to finish using HRIS/payroll systems (ADP Workforce Now or similar)
  • Audit payroll data, timecards, deductions, and reconciliations for accuracy
  • Administer employee benefits including enrollments, changes, and ongoing support
  • Manage garnishments, deductions, leave accruals, and payroll adjustments
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits in a professional manner
  • Support year-end payroll activities, audits, and reporting
