Our experienced Support Center team assists dentists with management of non-clinical staffing and human resources, finance and payroll administration, marketing, payor relations, supplies and capital equipment procurement, as well as information systems. Job Summary We are currently seeking a Payroll Benefits Coordinator to join our high-growth and fast-paced DSO. The primary responsibility of this position is onboarding new hires/partnership employees, administering benefit enrollment, and assisting the Payroll Benefits Manager in all facets of the Payroll and Benefit functions.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years related experience
  • Experienced in ADP Workforce Now
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment
  • Required to commute to the Chicago headquarters.
  • Ability to maintain a full-time employment schedule of approximately 40 hours per week; extended hours may be requested or required.
  • Prolonged sitting and standing as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Administer the full cycle ADP onboarding process to include welcome email, new hire profile in ADP and process I9s through E-Verify.
  • Process payroll to include maintaining payroll balance sheet.
  • Assist in maintaining all employee documents to include uploading into ADP.
  • Conduct monthly audits ensuring employee profiles in ADP are accurate.
  • Maintain an understanding of all company benefits offered.
  • Administer new hire benefit enrollment process.
  • Administer COBRA reinstatements.
  • Monitor FMLA/LOA’s through TPA. Tracks leave in ADP.
  • Monitor FSA/COBRA TPA.
  • Administer STD process.
  • Audit monthly benefit invoices.
  • Administer Practice benefit payments/audits.
  • Approver in ADP for address changes, benefit enrollments etc.
  • Process payroll ACH’s.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Payroll Benefits Manager
  • Maintain and respond to payroll and benefit inbox.
  • Assist with generating reports as needed.
