About The Position

The Payroll & Benefits Administrator independently manages payroll, benefits, and leave-of-absence administration across a global organization. The role owns day-to-day People Operations processes and helps ensure accurate, timely, consistent, and compliant service. It uses Workday Payroll to administer payroll operations, maintain data integrity, investigate discrepancies, and troubleshoot system and process issues. The administrator also serves as a resource for employee questions, maintains confidential records, supports reporting and audits, and coordinates with internal stakeholders and external vendors. The position calls for a proactive, resourceful self-starter who exercises sound judgment and takes issues from investigation through resolution. The administrator identifies root causes, process gaps, and opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and the employee experience, then implements practical solutions. The role also supports broader People Operations, wellness, and employee experience initiatives as needed. The position is based in Lewisville, Texas, with a light hybrid option (in office as needed, with no set days). Fully remote work in the United States may be available for highly qualified candidates. Ever.Ag does not hire candidates residing in California, Hawaii, or Alaska. The position reports to the Senior Director, People & Culture and is full-time and exempt.
