The Payroll and Benefits Administrator is responsible for accurate and timely processing of Payroll, administration of employee Benefits programs, and management of Time and Attendance (T& A) system within a Shared Services environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of payroll legislation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of employee pay and benefits. Proactive collaboration with various stakeholders is critical to the success of this role.
