About The Position

The Human Resources department plays a key role in creating a positive, efficient, and compliant employee experience for both current and future team members. This exempt role ensures payroll accuracy, compliance, and reliable workforce reporting while supporting efficient, employee‑focused HR operations. The ability to assist Spanish‑speaking employees is required; bilingual skills are helpful, and the use of translation tools is fully acceptable. Position is 100% IN OFFICE, Alpharetta, GA 30004.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of HR and payroll administration experience; Paycom strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience independently processing payroll and maintaining HRIS systems.
  • Knowledge of payroll compliance, I‑9/E‑Verify requirements, and HR regulations.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot systems and workflows.
  • Ability to support Spanish‑speaking employees using translation tools as needed.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, communication, and service orientation.
  • Service-oriented mindset with a commitment to supporting employees and delivering a positive HR experience for team members across the organization
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to assist employees, managers, and candidates in a professional and helpful manner

Responsibilities

  • Own the full‑cycle payroll process in Paycom with accuracy and timely completion.
  • Audit timecards, payroll reports, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Serve as primary contact for payroll questions and maintain required documentation.
  • Administer Paycom HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and system optimization.
  • Support recruiting workflows; troubleshoot system access and application issues.
  • Produce workforce, compliance, and payroll reports; identify process improvements.
  • Lead onboarding from offer to orientation.
  • Manage I‑9 and E‑Verify compliance.
  • Coordinate background checks and support offboarding processes.
  • Administer and track company training programs.
  • Support internal communications, engagement initiatives, and cross‑functional projects.
