Requirements

  • High School diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Finance or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in payroll administration and/or benefits administration
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications and HRIS required

Responsibilities

  • Review and validate timekeeping data, pay rates, bonuses, reimbursements, and deductions prior to payroll submission
  • Process payroll on a biweekly basis through Paylocity
  • Assist with annual audits and ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations
  • Administer employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement, and other voluntary benefits
  • Manage staff engagement initiatives, budget, and committee oversight
