Our team is looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join us processing payroll for our Canadian division. Be part of the dynamic culture! Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in: Import, balance, and transmit biweekly payroll for over 1,000 multi-province employees. Calculate overtime and statutory holiday pay based on provincial legislation. Review & posting employee timesheets on a weekly basis. Verify/Review HRIS connecting files into Payroll system. Process new hires, terminations, status changes, and leaves Handle compensation, RRSP, TFSA, and banking changes Review, prepare and submit ROE's. Answer payroll related inquiries.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in Payroll. (Mandatory)
  • Experience Import, balance, and transmit biweekly payroll for over 1,000 employees (Mandatory)
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and prioritization
  • Ability to solve problems independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Willing to go to Waterloo Office 5 days per week (Mandatory)

Nice To Haves

  • Diploma in Business or completion of PCP designation is an asset.
  • Experience with ADP is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Employment Standards and general HR policies.
