Requirements

Responsibilities

Processing and verifying payroll data, including hours worked, wages, deductions, and taxes.
Maintaining up-to-date payroll records.
Calculating commissions.
Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
Maintaining the utmost confidentiality of payroll data.
Processing vendor invoices.
Managing payment schedules.
Communicating with vendors to resolve issues promptly.
Assisting in the month-end closing process.
Performing other duties as assigned.
