About The Position

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Payroll & Accounting Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting our financial operations. Requirements
- Experience in payroll, accounts payable, or accounting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with accounting or payroll systems (QuickBooks, Paylocity a plus)
- Comfortable working with numbers, systems, and spreadsheets
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Paylocity
- Experience in healthcare or dental
- Experience in a multi-location or multi-entity environment
Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Review and verify payroll data including wages, deductions, and benefits
- Maintain payroll records and resolve discrepancies
- Support employee questions related to payroll and benefits
- Manage accounts payable from invoice receipt through payment
- Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
- Prepare quarterly sales tax filings
- Support audits and work with external accounting partners
- Help maintain accurate financial records and reporting
- Assist with benefits administration (enrollments, updates, employee questions)
- Support process improvements and help streamline workflows
- Provide administrative support across departments as needed
