Requirements

• Certified Payroll Accountant qualification – mandatory.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in a payroll accounting role – mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Malam Payroll and Synerion systems – mandatory.
• Advanced Excel skills and extensive experience working with complex data.
• Strong knowledge of Israeli labor laws and payroll regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a high level of responsibility, a proactive mindset, exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while overseeing all payroll-related processes.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Israeli labor laws and ensure full compliance with applicable regulations.
• Perform ongoing, high-level payroll audits and reconciliations using advanced Excel skills and AI-powered tools.
• Work with attendance management and payroll systems, including Synerion and Malam Payroll.
• Analyze payroll data, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy and consistency across all payroll operations.
