About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Payments Systems Support Specialist to support and maintain business‑critical payment applications in a high‑availability environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with HP NonStop systems and payment processing platforms, and be capable of working in a fast‑paced, challenging operational setting.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Lusis Tango applications, including: POS ATM Remote Banking DCC and FX
  • Hands‑on experience with ACI Base24 applications, including IMN.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working on HP NonStop systems.
  • Proficiency in TAL, COBOL, and TACL programming.
  • Strong experience with SQL/MX, SQL/MP, and Enscribe databases (Must Have).
  • Experience with GoldenGate (GG) replication (Must Have).
  • Knowledge of Shadowbase replication tools.
  • Solid understanding of PCI compliance and security standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a challenging, high‑pressure environment.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Team‑oriented mindset with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including off‑hours support when required.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for business‑critical systems.

Responsibilities

  • Support, monitor, and maintain mission‑critical payment applications across POS, ATM, remote banking, DCC, and FX systems.
  • Provide production support for payment platforms running on HP NonStop systems.
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and stability of applications supporting financial transactions.
  • Troubleshoot complex application and system issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business and operational requirements.
  • Comply with PCI standards and security requirements.
  • Participate in on‑call rotations and provide support during flexible hours as required.
