Duties & Responsibilities Meet or exceed annual budget by growing deposits and fee income with existing and new client relationships. Maximize portfolio profitability through appropriate pricing and cross-selling of the Bank’s products and services to a nationwide client base. Payments Banking services include complex treasury management services (high volume ACH, Disbursement Services, Card Sponsorship Programs, excess Cash Management) and other related corporate banking services, including lending. Work with cross-functional business partners (Risk Management, Operations, Compliance, Treasury Services, and Credit) to execute new and existing client opportunities Support the bank’s strong relationship banking culture through on-going customer contact, call reports, quality customer service and superior product knowledge. Work with risk management / credit administration partner(s) to: complete financial analysis and the underwriting and closing of new opportunities; monitor client financial status and compliance on ongoing basis. Complete underwriting memos to support ACH limits. Work with senior bankers to develop a strong referral / COI network Develop and mentor junior members of the Payments Banking team Perform industry analysis and participate in relevant industry-related events. Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance, Business or Economics.
Formal bank credit training or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years of banking, treasury services, corporate lending, corporate finance, Embedded Payments Company, and/or new Embedded Payments client origination experience.
Mastery of financial and accounting concepts to facilitate the creation or review of in-depth financial models, credit approval packages (lending and non-lending credit exposure.)
Strong Treasury Services and/or Fintech Operating experience
Extensive experience in financial statement analysis
Experience negotiating complex agreements
Strong organizational and leadership skills with proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Proficiency with PC software
Strong oral, written and interpersonal relationship management skills
Strong understanding of Risk, Compliance and Portfolio Management
Proven ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
