About The Position

As a Payment Processor, you’ll help drive Concora Credit’s Mission to enable customers to Do More with Credit – every single day. Join our Payment Processing team! This team focuses on heavy data entry of incoming payments from consumers. Our team also researches and resolves any payment investigation. Our Payment Processing manager leads the team to support Team Members in learning the Concora Credit processes and culture! We hire people, not positions. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Basic math skills.
Customer-focused, oral and written communication skills.
Strong focus on attention to detail is essential.
Ability to work independently.
Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Access, and Word.
Strong 10-key and typing skills.

Responsibilities

Process payments within compliance regulation
Research and resolve unidentified payments
Process reversals on accounts with returned payments
Research account overpayments and prepare refund requests
Complete a daily deposit
