About The Position

As a Payment Processor, you will play a crucial role in our operations. Your responsibilities will include processing payments, checks received via mail, direct payments and credit card payments received from our operations and client services teams. You will also be responsible for research and reconciling postings to ensure all bank deposits balance along with managing internal email requests.

Requirements

High school diploma required.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing demands and shifting priorities.
Basic to intermediate computer skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.
One year of experience performing administrative and clerical procedures is preferred but optional.
Organizational skills: 1 year (Required)
Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)

Nice To Haves

One year of administrative experience in a financial or data entry role.
Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
Microsoft Word: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Processing payments, checks received via mail, direct payments and credit card payments received from our operations and client services teams.
Research and reconciling postings to ensure all bank deposits balance.
