Payment Processing Clerk
About The Position
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES: Perform accurate data capture in OpenKey or KidStar, Conduent's payment processing systems. NATURE OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform data entry/capture of material from computer generated images to computer database. Enter account and payment information through a PC workstation. Build templates. Maintain established productivity and quality standards. Perform quality assurance of payment information. Perform data capture of all forms and correspondence received. Out-sort any payment or form that cannot be processed. Report any problems in processing to the Manager.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Previous data entry/capture experience
- Able to perform high quality data entry/capture in a high-volume limited time environment.
- 40 words per minute with an accuracy of 95% or better
