This role plays an important part in supporting clients by providing administrative and clerical support for business operations, including reviewing payments. The associate will perform data entry from source documents into a computer database and provide production services by performing data entry tasks. Key responsibilities include ensuring accuracy and completeness of data, comparing lists of numbers to find mismatches or errors, handling multiple assignments, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and accuracy, and working under strict deadlines. Researching problematic payments is also a part of the role.
