About The Position

Department 440 SSN Payload Launch Control is hiring for experienced engineers for systems, hardware, software, test, and project engineering. Engineers will be responsible for mission and safety critical electronic payload launch, control, and handling systems on VIRGINIA, SSNX, and AUKUS platforms. This includes in-house design, development, and qualification for new systems and fleet upgrades, vendor oversight, new payload and platform integration, trainers, and ownership of the end-to-end production process, utilizing systems engineering principles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems, Robotics, Mechanical or Aerospace engineering
  • 5+ years of industry related experience
