About The Position

We are hiring for multiple teams within Paying & Transfer Agent Operations, including: Transfers, Bondholder Services, Settlements / DTC / Closings. While all roles support Corporate Trust operations, specific duties may vary based on team assignment. The Paying & Transfer Agent Operations Specialist supports Corporate Trust operations by processing and reviewing bond, securities, transfer, and account-related transactions. This role ensures work is completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with established procedures, regulatory requirements, and operational controls. The position works closely with internal partners and customers to resolve issues, support client requests, and identify process improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One to three years of experience in transaction processing

Responsibilities

• Complete day-to-day transaction processing and operational support activities.
• Review and process transactions for accuracy, compliance, and quality.
• Research and resolve transaction, account, customer, and system-related issues.
• Provide service and support to internal and external customers.
• Monitor workloads and meet established deadlines and service levels.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation.
• Partner with internal teams to support transaction processing and issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and efficiency.
• Support audit, regulatory, risk management, and business continuity activities.
• Participate in special projects, testing, and departmental initiatives.
