The Payer Solutions Architect will be responsible for the coordination, communication, definition, and completion of assigned projects, primarily related to the rollout of our State and Payer solutions, including both the State / Payer and the providers who access the solution as a part of the Payer’s network. Reporting to the Director, Payer Solutions, the Payer Solutions Architect will ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals. The Payer Solutions Architect will remove barriers for the implementation, customer success and sales teams, so we have timely implementations with positive client experience and engagement. This role requires impeccable attention to detail, exceptional technical skills, a deep understanding of how the solution should function for all customer stakeholders, strong written and verbal communication skills, and excellent project management skills. This is a hybrid position for members located in Minneapolis Metro or New York City Metro areas, with expectations to work onsite 3 days per week to support collaboration and engagement.
