About The Position

As a Payer Healthcare Data Scientist, Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming healthcare operations by leveraging data-driven insights to optimize payer processes. Within our Operations practice, you will be at the forefront of modernizing payer systems, working directly with clients to deliver impactful solutions that enhance efficiency and drive innovation in the health services sector. Your expertise will be instrumental in analyzing complex data sets and developing strategies that align with client goals. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 6 years of experience
