About The Position
We are looking for an experienced Paycom Platform SME for a short-term contract engagement.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on Paycom experience
- Experience configuring Paycom benefits/benefit plans
- Experience with Paycom file feeds and integrations
- Strong troubleshooting and testing skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on Paycom platform expertise
- Configure and maintain benefit plans
- Configure, test, and manage inbound and outbound file feeds
- Troubleshoot Paycom configuration and integration issues
- Support testing, validation, and implementation activities
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues
- Document configurations, processes, and system changes
- Provide guidance to business and technical stakeholders
