About The Position

What You'll Do: Update and maintain vendor records Communicate with Vendors and reconcile accounts as necessary Service channel file preparation/ review Reviewing payables to see if they meet our CAPEX policy Help with day-to-day Projects Handling miscellaneous A/P tasks What You'll Need to Have for the Role: Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail Ability to learn quickly 1+ yrs detailed, related accounting experience -or similar industry accounting experience a plus Intermediate+ knowledge of MS Excel Good communications skills (both written and oral) Compensation: $23 to $25 per hour Pay Range: $22.68-$27.41 Hourly In addition to competitive pay, we offer Paid Time Off, 401(k), an Employee Assistance Program, Good Sam Roadside Assistance, discounts, paid parental leave (if eligibility is met), Tuition Reimbursement (if eligibility is met), and on the job training opportunities.
