About The Position

TRP Construction Group, LLC is hiring a skilled CDL A or B Driver to work with its highway striping team, installing pavement markings to support road safety. The role involves transporting the crew and equipment to job sites, safely operating company vehicles and pavement-marking equipment, and assisting with setup and maintenance. Work takes place outdoors in varying weather conditions and may require flexible hours, night and weekend shifts, overtime, and travel. Candidates must pass a background check, motor vehicle record review, and controlled substance testing before hire.

Requirements

Valid CDL Class A or B license with a clean driving record.
Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
Ability to read and understand work orders and maps, and perform basic arithmetic.
Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as necessary.
Ability to pass a background check, MVR review, and drug screening.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally heavier loads.
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed.

Nice To Haves

Experience operating heavy trucks and/or pavement-marking equipment.

Responsibilities

Work with the highway striping crew to install thermoplastic, waterborne paint, and other pavement-marking materials.
Operate pavement-marking equipment, including airless paint machines, thermoplastic hand liners, and grinders.
Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently in compliance with DOT regulations and company standards.
Transport pavement-marking equipment and crew to and from job sites.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete related documentation.
Assist with setting up and operating pavement-marking equipment as needed.
Maintain equipment and vehicle cleanliness and ensure proper loading.
Follow safety policies and procedures on the road and at job sites.
