Operates the Pavement Management System (PMS), manages data quality control checks of vendor-collected pavement condition data, and assists in the development and implementation of the Asset Management Plan (AMP). This role involves reviewing engineering plans and the Five-Year Transportation Facilities Construction Program, interpreting cost estimates, analyzing complex multidimensional data to predict performance, recognizing and resolving errors in datasets, writing Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio scripts, and conducting life-cycle cost analyses. The position provides statewide technical support for Asset Management and Pavement Preservation programs. This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.
