The Patron Services Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all Front of House (FOH) operations for Cornish’s performance and rental facilities. This role manages and supports FOH staff, including volunteers, House Managers, Box Office personnel, and Student employees, to ensure a welcoming, efficient, and positive experience for all patrons. The Patron Services Manager upholds customer service standards, facilitates smooth event operations, and serves as a key liaison between patrons, production teams, and internal departments.
