About The Position

The Manufacturing Engineer will provide direct support to Patriot Missile Radome production operations, ensuring process stability, production efficiency, and continuous improvement in a high‑reliability aerospace and defense environment. This role requires hands‑on experience with manufacturing processes, grinding operations, and machining equipment, with a strong focus on driving process improvements, resolving production issues, and supporting daily factory operations. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing floor operations in aerospace/defense or similar high‑reliability industry.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands‑on experience with Campbell grinding processes.
  • Experience with Mazak machining equipment (operation, programming, or troubleshooting).
  • Experience with lean manufacturing tools.
  • Experience developing and deploying manufacturing process documentation.
  • Ability to work effectively across functions in a fast‑paced production environment.
