Patient Transporter (Part Time)
About The Position
Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center, in Williamsburg, VA, is currently seeking a Patient Transporter to join our team. This is a Part Time position with rotating shifts. The role involves safely escorting and transporting patients within all areas of the hospital using safe body mechanics. The transporter will strictly adhere to all safety rules and initiatives of Sentara, communicate clearly with all staff, visitors, and patients, and ensure adequate communication of information between central transport and other departments. Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center is a Certified Primary Stroke Center with 145 licensed beds, featuring the latest healthcare technologies and serving the region with life-saving capabilities. Requirements
- High School Grad or Equivalent (Required)
- BLS Certification/Licensure
