About The Position
The Transporter is responsible for providing transportation for patients (infants, children, adolescents, adult, and geriatrics), specimens, mail, medical records, and equipment, and any other related duties as assigned. Requirements
- 6 months of experience in a hospital, long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred
- Customer service skills
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English
- High School Diploma or GED required
Responsibilities
- Providing transportation for patients (infants, children, adolescents, adult, and geriatrics)
- Transporting specimens, mail, medical records, and equipment
- Performing any other related duties as assigned
