The Patient Transporter (U) at UHealth Tower is responsible for ensuring the safe, timely, and accurate transportation of patients, aiming to provide a positive experience. This role is crucial in creating the initial and lasting impressions for patients, emphasizing the human element in transportation. Reporting to the Office of Patient Experience, the individual is expected to uphold high standards of friendliness, empathy, knowledge, clear communication, bilingualism, and a continuous consumer-oriented approach. The Patient Transporter plays a key role in harmonizing the patient transportation process, collaborating effectively with UHealth Tower staff to minimize delays and enhance patient satisfaction.
