About The Position

Safely lifts, transfers and transports patients throughout the facility. Assists with JIT education for patient care staff regarding lifts and transfers. Assists with annual skills fair for train the trainer in collaboration with education and PT departments. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Demonstrated knowledge of safe lifts, transfers, and transports.
• Demonstrated effective customer relations skills with a diverse population of age groups and physical conditions.
• Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification by date of hire.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of related experience.
• Previous customer service, patient care, healthcare or patient transport experience desired.
