About The Position

The Patient Transport Manager in Training (MIT) role prepares candidates for potential future leadership positions within Crothall Healthcare’s support services team. The MIT learns and facilitates Compass Group sector best practices across areas that may include operations management, safety, quality control, maintenance, patient transport, hiring, training, payroll, and profit and loss management. Training includes hands-on learning at an assigned training location alongside participation in Compass Group’s Accelerated Manager Program (AMP). AMP combines assessment, organizational training, and one-on-one coaching, with a personalized learning path that may include experiential learning, micro-courses, and simulations. The program typically takes 12 weeks or more depending on learning needs, pace, and business goals. Successful AMP completion does not guarantee placement or promotion into a full-time management position; these opportunities depend on performance and business needs. Relocation within the assigned region may be required for consideration for placement opportunities.
