You will bring consistency, positiveness, and reliability wherever you go, helping both patients and staff feel confident and cared for. No medical experience? That is completely okay. We provide hands-on training, dedicated trainers, and mentorship so you can build your skills and succeed with confidence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous optometry experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Step into different practices and provide support where it is needed most
• Learn and assist in key areas including patient services, clinic, and optical
• Build strong relationships with doctors and team members across multiple locations
• Help create a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient
• Stay organized, adaptable, and ready to jump in wherever you are needed
