About The Position

We’re seeking a reliable, organized person to support daily operations across two clinical facilities. This role requires strong communication skills, comfort with multitasking, and the ability to adapt quickly in a healthcare environment.

Requirements

  • Strong administrative or front‑desk experience, ideally in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer‑service skills
  • Ability to manage scheduling and documentation with accuracy
  • Comfort working independently and shifting between facilities
  • Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Schedule patient appointments and coordinate provider availability
  • Process referrals accurately and ensure timely follow‑through
  • Scan, upload, and organize patient documentation within the electronic system
  • Maintain clear communication with the Administrative Assistant Supervisor and report any questions, issues, or follow‑up needs
  • Float between two clinical locations as needed to support front‑office operations
