About The Position

The Manager Patient Support Services is responsible for overseeing Environmental Services, Patient Transport, and Communications and Guest Services operations. This role ensures the hospital maintains a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for delivering medical care. In addition, the manager directs communications and guest services to provide a seamless, patient-centered experience throughout the facility. The position also leads the development and implementation of the patient transport team and provides ongoing supervision of its operations.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in institutional housekeeping
  • Two years of progressive leadership experience

Nice To Haves

  • Associate of Arts degree in Management
  • Two years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare setting
