The Patient Support Representative Lead is a subject matter expert and point of contact for the call center. They conduct training of new employees, handle escalated issues, and provide guidance and direction to staff concerning processes and procedures. Additionally, the Lead will receive incoming phone calls to schedule appointments, resolve patient inquiries, work referrals, and process pre-authorizations. The Lead will be a subject expert and provide support to handle all functions within the call center. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
