Requirements

Minimum of five years in a clinical setting, with a preference for specialty practice.
At least three years of experience in staff supervision, covering scheduling, performance management, and training.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Ability to navigate electronic medical record systems effectively.
Familiarity with quality control measures.
Capacity to implement and achieve goals.

Nice To Haves

Background in healthcare management.
Relevant certification.
Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field.

Responsibilities

Organizing and coordinating dedicated patient services staff and resources to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in care delivery.
Collaborating closely with Clinical Services supervisors and managers to create a consistent, positive experience for patients across all locations.
Serving as an expert resource for Practice Management and EHR software.
Assisting with scheduling during peak times to reinforce seamless patient care.
