About The Position
TekSystems is currently hiring for a patient service representative role in the Columbus, Ohio area! This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH. This is a fully onsite position in Columbus, OH.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of medical receptionist, medical administrative, medical call center, or something related experience
- Excellent customer service in person and over the phone
- Able to multitask and manage heavy workload
- Strong computer skills
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet every patient with eye contact, a smile, and a positive statement
- Guide and explain new patients through paperwork and be a resource for any questions they may have
- Patient Registration
- Insurance authorizations and verifications
- Collect co-pays
