About The Position
UW Medicine Primary Care at Woodinville has an outstanding opportunity for a Patient Services Specialist 2. Conveniently located in the Woodinville Towne Center, the UW Medicine Primary Care at Woodinville Clinic offers primary care appointments six days a week, including evenings and same-day appointments. Medical advice is also available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This position offers the chance to make a difference for the patients and employees served and provides an opportunity for career growth.
Requirements
- High school graduation or equivalent AND One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience OR An equivalent combination of education/experience
Responsibilities
- Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging
- Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments
- Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information
- Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery
- Other duties as requested
