About The Position

We're hiring to fill a current vacancy, join our team at Regina - Gordon Road and Rochdale Blvd partners of solis optics, as a Patient Services Specialist! In this role you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, making an impact on people’s lives in a fun, supportive, dynamic, and rewarding environment. This position is a full-time role working 30-40 hours per week. Our location is open Monday to Saturday.

Requirements

• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for connecting with customers and providing exceptional experiences
• A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player, able to manage changing priorities effectively

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail experience is considered an asset

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers, manage customer check-in and check-out
• Engage with customers in person, by phone, and via email
• Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts
• Manage billing and payments for patients, insurers and other third parties
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive customer experience
• Support store operations by performing additional duties as required
