The US Oncology Network is seeking a full-time Patient Services Representative for its Texas Oncology Austin Midtown location. This role operates Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm, with no weekends, call, or major holidays. The position can be filled at a Level 1, 2, or Sr, depending on the candidate's experience. The Austin Midtown team emphasizes a collaborative, patient-centered environment built on teamwork, respect, and accountability. Texas Oncology, part of The US Oncology Network, is the largest community oncology provider in the country, with approximately 530 providers across 280+ sites in Texas. More victories." The US Oncology Network, supported by McKesson Corporation, aims to empower a vibrant and sustainable community patient care delivery system. The Patient Services Representative is responsible for efficiently scheduling patient appointments and tests, responding to all incoming scheduling calls, and may handle outside and/or surgical scheduling. The role requires adherence to The US Oncology Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
