About The Position

Fertility Specialists of Texas is a leading fertility clinic known for advanced treatments and a genuinely compassionate, patient-centered approach. We offer a full spectrum of reproductive care: consultations, IUI, IVF, and egg, sperm, and embryo freezing, with high success rates and a team that shows up for patients at every step of their journey. This is a part-time position based at our Rockwall, TX location. We are looking for someone who brings genuine professionalism to patient-facing work and understands that in a fertility clinic, warmth and composure are not just nice to have, they are part of the care.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience delivering exceptional customer service in a professional setting
Calm and composed demeanor
Proficiency with EHR systems or a demonstrated ability to learn software quickly
High school diploma required

Nice To Haves

Healthcare or clinical front desk experience is a plus but not required
Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly valued
Comfort managing competing priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment
The ability to make patients feel heard and at ease, even when they are stressed or scared
Familiarity with insurance verification and clinic procedures is a plus
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
Collect service payments and reconcile daily transactions
Manage incoming calls and route them accurately to the right teams, prioritizing by urgency
Guide patients through clinic policies and assist with required forms
Verify and document insurance benefits and coverage in patient charts
Log all interactions accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
Coordinate with care teams on schedule changes and patient flow
Handle filing, scanning, and faxing to support clinic operations
Uphold HIPAA regulations and maintain strict patient confidentiality
