This position is for a Friday to Tuesday shift Job Duties and Responsibilities: Greet patients and visitors with professionalism, representing the Gritman Way. Monitor call queue and lobby for wait times or issues. Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information. Enter quality phone notes and patient cases. Prepare end-of-day deposit reconciliation paperwork. Maintain accurate patient accounts and input insurance information. Schedule appointments appropriately and collect copays/outstanding balances. Respond to simple medical record requests and handle patient concerns/complaints. Work with computer programs and multi-line phone systems. Demonstrate flexibility and respond to changing workflows.
