About The Position

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a Patient Service Manager to join our team at Singing River Health System in Pascagoula, MS. The Patient Service Manager will support patient dining operations within the Food and Nutrition Services department and help deliver high-quality meal experiences that meet patient needs, preferences, and nutritional requirements. This role is responsible for developing and executing patient dining solutions, supporting menu implementation, and ensuring compliance with applicable healthcare nutrition standards. The Patient Service Manager will also partner with clinical and operational teams to promote food quality, patient satisfaction, safety, and service excellence.

Requirements

Requires at least two years of patient food service experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Manages patient food service activities, complying with established standards
Leads patient service staff to ensure meals are properly prepared and delivered to patients
Conducts rounds on patients/departments
Oversees the diet office and the service ambassador program
Record safety and sanitation compliance
Supervises tray line operation and/or the room service program
Leverage Aramark's coaching model to engage and develop team members to their fullest potential.
Reward and recognize employees.

Plan and lead daily team briefings.
Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations.

Comply with the Operational Excellence fundamentals by meeting and maintaining food and labor initiatives.

Supervise team regarding production, quality, and control.
