Job Summary: Patient Services Manager Bring Your Hospitality Leadership to Healthcare We are seeking an energetic, service-focused Patient Services Manager to lead our Patient Services Team in an acute-care hospital. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality leader who excels at creating great customer experiences, building strong teams, and delivering consistent service in a fast-paced environment. Experience in hotels, restaurants, senior living, healthcare, or other high-touch service settings is strongly valued.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and hospitality leadership background
  • Experience managing and developing frontline teams
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills
  • Foodservice management experience preferred
  • Acute-care experience is helpful, but not required
  • Associate degree with related experience or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, foodservice management or a related field
  • CDM, DTR or RD credential preferred
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, electronic medical records and diet-office systems

  • Acute-care experience is helpful, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily patient dining and meal-service operations
  • Hire, train, coach and develop the Patient Services Team
  • Create a welcoming, responsive experience for patients and families
  • Partner with clinical teams to ensure dietary needs and preferences are met
  • Drive patient satisfaction and service-recovery efforts
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation and sanitation
  • Support department goals, quality-improvement programs and hospital initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, patient-rights policies and regulatory standards
