About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Patient Services Manager 2 for Lehigh Valley Hospital–Pocono , a 230-bed hospital campus with more than 215 physicians on medical staff. This leader will oversee all patient feeding operations and play a key role in delivering a positive, consistent patient dining experience across the hospital. In this highly visible role, you will lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 40 frontline employees while collaborating closely with nursing and clinical teams to enhance patient satisfaction and operational excellence. What You'll Do Direct and manage daily patient feeding operations, including tray line execution and meal delivery processes Lead, mentor, and develop frontline union staff to ensure high engagement and accountability Foster a culture of hospitality and service excellence focused on patient satisfaction Analyze patient satisfaction data and implement action plans to drive continuous improvement Serve as liaison between nursing units and the dietary department to address patient menu and meal concerns Ensure compliance with HACCP, regulatory, food safety, and workplace safety standards Train and coach staff on food safety, sanitation, and service expectations Manage scheduling, staffing, and operational priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience Minimum Management Experience - 2 years Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
